Sailing in October 2009, we will avoid the large summer crowds and experience cooler weather. The Carnival Dream sails the fantastic Mediterranean featuring an itinerary that includes the hottest destinations. Beginning in Rome we will visit an additional seven European historical cities while cruising the famous Mediterranean Sea. What a cool escape from hot Texas. How can we do this all in one vacation? The Best of Both Worlds by combining the excitement of a two night pre-cruise stay in Rome at a four star suburban located hotel (transfers and daily buffet breakfast included), with optional sightseeing half day Rome packages during your stay; and this special European itinerary, you are destined for a memorable vacation. During our cruise we have requested the late (8:15pm) seating for our group allowing for the most time in each port. If this is not a good time for your dinner reservations, you may choose the early seating of 6:00pm or anytime dining between 5:30pm and 9:00pm. Please advise at the time you submit your application.

This $500+ million ship offers top of the line staterooms that are roomy with all of the conveniences. The Inside (no window) cabins measure 165 square feet. The Balcony cabins are 220 square feet with a balcony of 54 additional square feet.

Monday, October 12, 2009 flights depart Austin for Rome and a two-night stay

Tuesday, October 13, 2009 upon arrival in Rome after clearing Customs and Immigration we will take a panoramic area tour on the way to our hotel. 3PM check-in, balance of the day is on your own.

Thursday, October 15, 2009 hotel check-out and transfer to Civitavecchia, sailing at 7:00PM

(Not included are items of a personal nature, such as alcoholic beverages, shore tours) Making your own flight arrangements, deduct $900per person (airport transfers on your own). Included in the per person rates are $108 cruise fuel surcharge and $300 airline taxes and fuel surcharge. Increases over these base rates are due and payable in full by June 30, 2009.

If you are using a credit card, you will see the charge on your statement as Paradise Vacation and Travel Co.

If you are paying by check, please make your check payable to PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO.
*A 3% check discount will be credited at final payment if all payments are made by check. Monthly installments or 4 equal payment plans are available. Full and final payment is due by JUNE 30, 2009. If you are paying by credit card, your scheduled payments will automatically be charged to your credit card on file when due.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Before June 30, 2009 no penalty for cancellation, after June 30, 2009 and before July 12, 2009 a penalty of $750 per person for cancellations, after July 12, 2009 and before August 15, 2009 a penalty of 50% of your vacation package cost is assessed, and after August 15, 2009, no refund for cancellations or missed sailings. Penalties apply to all guests in a cabin and are assessed in the event of either a partial or full cabin cancellation. Substantial penalties for name changes after June 30, 2009. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED BY PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO. to be effective. It is the traveler's responsibility to have a current valid PASSPORT and to arrive at the respective ports on time for scheduled sailings and flights. If you miss a sailing or flight, it is your responsibility to arrange passage to the next port. The airlines, hotel, Carnival Cruise Lines and others reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone deemed a safety risk. Please advise on the application if you are NOT a United States citizen.
