This is a special cruise aboard the CARNIVAL TRIUMPH as it sails from Galveston, Texas. The CARNIVAL TRIUMPH has all the amenities you would expect from a floating resort. Galveston is a short drive from central Texas, saving you from those ugly airfares, airport security lines, and luggage fees, making it affordable for you and your families and friends to cruise together with us.

The Best of Both Worlds - by combining the excitement of a 5-Day Western Caribbean Cruise and the luxury you will find aboard the CARNIVAL TRIUMPH, you will experience a memorable week of celebration and relaxation. Our specialized EGGMEN CRUISE itinerary is designed to include a private welcome aboard cocktail (family) party at which time all will meet our hosts, the Eggmen and fellow fans.

If you have never been on a cruise before, it is time to stop dreaming and start looking forward to all the delicious dining, exotic destinations, exciting entertainment, casino action, spa service, adults only sanctuary, children's camp, teen's club, and pampering services you will experience on our EGGMEN CRUISE. We have made it easier and more affordable than ever to cruise with our program whereby you can make low monthly payments after your application and deposit are received. We are offering 3 different categories of cabin accommodations. The Inside (no window), the Ocean View (window) and Balcony categories require a $200 per person deposit before September 15, 2012. The Ocean Suite with balcony and Grand Suite with balcony categories are also available upon request. The deposits/payments are refundable up to December 15, 2012. Availability of cabin inventory at these Eggmen rates is on a first come basis.

Caution, if you think you can find lower rates: The Early Saver Rates on web sites are very restrictive, completely non-refundable, do not include taxes and fees and no changes, including names, are allowed once booked. We do not recommend these rates for this group and they are not listed. If you want a comparison, please inquire.

EVERYONE MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT or ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE & PHOTO ID WITH THEM FOR CHECK-IN, SAILING AND TO RE-ENTER THE UNITED STATES IN GALVESTON. All guests must present the required citizenship documentation at embarkation and failure to have the proper documentation with you will result in denied boarding and no refund. Passengers under 21 years old must sail with their parents or legal guardian. EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED TO GO ON-LINE AND PRE-REGISTER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR YOUR BOARDING PASS, CRUISE DOCUMENTS AND LUGGAGE TAGS AS IS NOW REQUIRED. GROUP DINING 6:00PM.

Not included is your transportation to Galveston, parking fees, standard gratuities, insurance protection, items of a personal nature such as alcoholic/carbonated beverages, shore tours, spa services, massages, gambling, and shopping.

THERE ARE A LIMITED AMOUNT OF CABINS - FIRST COME BASIS
All rates shown are per person double occupancy (that is two people sharing one cabin-each pays)

Discounted Passenger Rates for the 3rd, 4th and 5th person sharing your cabin is available at the time of booking with full deposit. The Triumph has cabins that can accommodate up to 5 passengers as well as connecting cabins so book your cabins now before they are no longer available. Rates are based on availability; Single occupancy cabins are price at 200%.

OPTIONAL VACATION PROTECTION PLAN (insurance) is highly recommended to protect your vacation and cruise investment. Details and an application form will be provided to you with your confirmation or can be found on our web site home page, www.pvt4u.com. A premium payment with your insurance application is recommended to be sent directly to the insurance company within two weeks of your deposit date.

A COMPLETED CRUISE APPLICATION FORM ALONG WITH YOUR REGISTRATION DEPOSIT OF $200 PER PERSON IS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR CABIN RESERVATION BEFORE SEPTEMBER 15, 2012. MONTHLY INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS ARE ENCOURAGED. FULL AND FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE BY NOVEMBER 30, 2012.

If you are using a credit card, you will see the charge on your statement as Carnival Cruise Lines. If you are paying by check, please make your check payable to PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO., INC. Final payment is due by November 30, 2012. If you are paying by credit card, your scheduled and final payments will automatically be charged to your credit card when due.

PENALTIES AND CANCELLATIONS:
Before December 15, 2012 no penalty for cancellation, as of December 15, 2012 and before December 31, 2012 a penalty of $200 per person for cancellations, as of December 31, 2012 and before January 15, 2013 a penalty of 50% of your vacation package cost is assessed, as of January 15, 2013 and before January 31, 2013 a penalty of 75% of your vacation package cost is assessed and as of January 31, 2013, no refund for cancellations or missed sailings. Penalties apply to all guests in a cabin and are assessed in the event of either a partial or full cabin cancellation. Substantial penalties for name changes after December 15, 2012. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED BY PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO. to be effective. It is the traveler's responsibility to have the proper travel documentation (passport or original birth certificate with photo id.) and to arrive at the respective ports on time for scheduled sailings. If you miss a sailing, it is your responsibility to arrange passage to the next port. Carnival Cruise Lines and Paradise Vacation and Travel Co. reserve the right to refuse passage to anyone deemed a safety risk. Please advise on the application if you are NOT a United States citizen.
