That’s right, we are going to Maui again with 93.7 KLBJ-FM and your favorite Austin morning show DUDLEY & BOB.  Our venture to paradise promises to be the best of them all.  You have heard the many stories about the other two Maui tours, now become one of the select few who will have a life time of memories. The beauty of Maui inspires our return to this Hawaiian island.  Joining the third invasion of Maui along with your fellow morning show listeners, will be the ARC ANGELS and GRADY.

DECEMBER 12 – DECEMBER 19, 2005 (arrive back in Austin on the 20^th)

• You will fly from Austin on Monday, December 12, 2005 to Maui on scheduled flights

PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO. has secured a block of specially discounted guest rooms at the deluxe RITZ-CARLTON KAPALUA which makes the third KLBJ-FM Maui trip possible.  Each guest room can accommodate from one to four guests with either a king size or two full size beds.  Non-smoking and barrier free rooms are available.  In addition, PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO. has secured blocks of seats on various AMERICAN AIRLINES flights.  Due to the large number of people flying to Maui, not everyone will have the same flights. Some flight schedules may be more desirable to you than the others. (See detailed flight schedules) Your preference will be given priority based on when your deposit and application are received.   Therefore, GET YOUR APPLICATION AND DEPOSIT IN TODAY !

In addition PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO. has arranged for discounted group rates for an automobile rental in Maui with ALAMO.   Due to the current nature of automobile rentals, each person renting a car must be at least 25 years of age, have a current valid drivers license and a major credit card. Payment for your rental car will be made directly to ALAMO or the company of your choice.  You may find lower rates elsewhere or wish to use frequent flyer miles to rent on your own.  Please indicate your choice on the application form.  The ALAMO confirmation number will be included with your travel documents.

A completed application and deposit payment must be received by PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO.  to confirm your reservation and inclusion on the KLBJ-FM MAUI MADNESS TOUR.  The total cost for you to be included is only:

A $250 per person deposit is required to be confirmed.  A second payment of $500 per person is due by June 15, 2005 , and a third payment of $500 per person is due by August 31, 2005.  Full and final payment is due by October 31, 2005.
*Applications received after September 12, 2005 are subject to an additional price increase.

# Triple occupancy is strictly limited to 3 adults (age 18 and over) or 2 adults and one child under age 18

FREQUENT FLYERS:

If you have frequent flyer miles and wish to arrange your own flights to and from Maui for December 12 and 19, 2005 you may DEDUCT $500 PER PERSON for each ticket.  Tickets issued for this tour will qualify and earn frequent flyer miles from AMERICAN AIRLINES.

NOT INCLUDED:

Items of a personal nature such as food and beverages, rental car (with the taxes/fees, gas and insurance), sightseeing tours in Maui, valet parking at the RITZ-CARLTON (self parking is free), and travel insurance, are not included in the cost of this package.

RITZ-CARLTON:

Check in time is after 3:00PM and check out time is by 12:00pm (noon).  For guests with late flights home, you are welcome to use a hospitality room and the fitness center to shower and change clothes after your 12 noon check out.  Rooms not vacated by 12 noon are subject to a late check out charge.  A major credit card is required to be presented at check in against which your personal hotel charges will be applied.

CONCERTS:

Admission to shows by the ARC ANGELS, GRADY, and any other bands that may be added to the tour is limited to only those who have purchased their KLBJ-FM MAUI TOUR PACKAGE from PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO.  Access is limited to those with official show passes.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND PENALTIES:

Before August 31, 2005 there is a $50 per person penalty for cancellations. After August 31, 2005 and before October 31, 2005 a penalty of $500 per person is assessed for cancellations.  After October 31, 2005 there is no refund for cancellations.  After August 31, 2005 and before November 10, 2005 names may be changed for a fee of $100 per person (only one name change is allowed).

We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment of this fantastic Maui trip.  You will receive an insurance policy application with your confirmation invoice.  Please pay your premium immediately to start coverage.  All cancellations and name changes must be in writing and received by PARADISE VACATION AND TRAVEL CO.  to be effective.   It is your responsibility to have the proper identification to fly, a major credit card to check in at the resort, a valid drivers license and major credit card to rent your car, and to be on time for scheduled flights allowing appropriate time for security screenings and the agriculture inspections in Maui.

MINIMUM AGE:

The minimum age to reserve a room at the RITZ-CARLTON is 18 years old.  The minimum age to rent a car with ALAMO is 25 years old without an underage fee for those age 21 to 24.  The legal drinking age in Hawaii is 21 years old.

Weekly rates are based on 7 consecutive 24 hour periods.  Daily rate applies to hours of rental in excess of 7 consecutive 24 hour periods.  Rates are only available for pick up and return of automobiles at the Maui Airport.  No charge for one additional driver, but additional driver must be registered at time of rental.  Rates are non-discountable and coupons may not be used. Minimum rental age is 25 years old.  Underage fee applies for renter’s ages 21to 24.  Fuel, taxes and other optional items such as insurance and delivery charges are additional.  Estimated taxes and surcharges are: Vehicle licensing fee $. 35 to $. 56 per day, Airport Concession fee 8.10%, Hawaii State Tax 4.167% and Highway Surcharge $3 per day.  Taxes and surcharges are subject to change without notice.
